  • At Basic-Fit Lyon Republique (if you have a membership or if you purchase a day pass).
  • With me in Villeurbanne, outdoors or at my home where I have, the equipment required.

Fitness programmes for all levels of capabilities, incorporating elements from various types of exercise.


HEALTHY LIFESTYLE



The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NAS) recommends:


General Exercise - 5-7 times a week of 30 minutes per session at a moderate intensity.


They also state that to improve:


Cardio-Vascular Fitness Levels - Exercise of 20-60 minutes 3-5 times a week.


Muscular Fitness - 2 times a week working major muscle groups for a time period of approximately 20 minutes.


Flexibility - Stretching should be done 3 times a week.
